John Cale - Sudden Death, 1975

The 1970s were kind to Cale’s post-VU output, offering a more diverse and timeless stature than Lou Reed’s spotty discography from the same time period (IMO). Collaborating with Eno didn’t hurt much either, producing another link between the incestuous powerhouse of Bowie/Eno and the American pre-punk forefathers.
